A one-bedroom smack in the middle of Greenwich Village for less than $800,000 (and it needs no work!)

In a downtown neighborhood where the median sales price is $1.6 million (and $1.2 million for a one-bedroom), you'd expect an apartment like this $785,000 one-bedroom, which comes in way under those numbers, to need a lot of work. But it needs very little—if at all.

The open-plan one-bedroom has large windows, and though it's small, a super-modern, stainless steel kitchen with a Bertazzoni range and hood and a Miele dishwasher. There's also bamboo flooring and an exposed brick wall, both of which make it feel less cookie-cutter.

The building, known asn Bleecker Court, is a large doorman building with live-in super, laundry on every other floor, a garden, bike room, and additional storage available for rent.

It's also smack in the middle of Greenwich Village, near SoHo, Nolita, and the East and West Villages, so to call this area bustling would be an understatement.
