Calling artists and art-appreciators: This two-bedroom, two-bath condo loft in the Financial District presents a clean, sleek slate for you to display your favorite large-scale works. The 21st floor apartment has been previously featured in the Wall Street Journal as the home of Bettina Werner, a sculptor who filled the open living area with her pieces. And the building itself, right behind the New York Stock Exchange, was renovated by designer Philippe Starck and equipped with a number of high-end amenities.

With all these boldface names of the art world comes a price tag of $3.39 million for the apartment, listed by Douglas Elliman. It's certainly not the priciest two-bedroom in the neighborhood, but is above average, judging by a StreetEasy search of similar properties.

The open plan living and dining area, with its 11-foot ceilings and minimalist aesthetic, provides a canvas for owners who want to get creative with furnishings and decor; large windows and the apartment's high floor position mean your design choices will be well-illuminated. The kitchen, tucked along one wall, leaves more floor space open, and while its small size may not appeal to avid cooks, it is equipped with high-end appliances.

The bedrooms aren't pictured (so you'll certainly want to check them out in person), but the master's en suite bathroom is sleek as the rest of the apartment, with double sinks, a soaking tub, and Starck-designed fixtures. The second bath has a walk-in shower and built-in shelves for storage.

Amenities here are plentiful, including this roof deck kitted out with a reflecting pool, and seating and dining areas. The building also has a live-in super and full-time doorman and concierge service, plus a gym, lap pool, screening room, and most unusually, a bowling alley. (Even high-rollers like to indulge in a little low-brow entertainment, apparently.)
