This virtually staged photo shows the potential of this Park Slope studio. Warburg Realty

This Park Slope studio, 376 Bergen St., #1F, is a little on the expensive side—its $415,000 asking price is a good deal higher than the $349,000 median for a studio in the neighborhood, according to StreetEasy—but with high ceilings, a washer/dryer hook-up, and tons of storage (including three closets, an overhead storage area, and an additional deeded space in the basement), you may decide it is worth it.

The 20-foot living area is more than spacious, and, as it’s currently staged, has ample room for a couch, a big bed, and a desk large enough to hold three computer monitors at one time. There are large windows with plantation shutters, 10-foot ceilings, white walls, and blonde-wood flooring keep things bright in here.

The kitchen is much larger than most studio kitchens, and has lots of cabinets and counter space, a metallic backsplash, and white appliances (including a dishwasher, an uncommon find in a studio).

The good-sized bathroom is bright and white with a stripe of blue tiles to jazz the space up.

The studio is in an eight-unit co-op brownstone just two blocks from the Barclays Center, and within walking distance of Whole Foods and the Park Slope Food Coop. Cats and dogs are allowed, as is subletting. Maintenance is $698 a month.
