The market reports are out, and according to Douglas Elliman, the median sales price in Manhattan in the fourth quarter of 2016 was $1.05 million (a dip from $1.15 million the previous year). With a budget tied to this number, you have choices that run the gamut, from a south-facing one-bedroom on the Lower East Side, a studio loft in DUMBO with a walk-in storage area, and a three-bedroom Colonial with a new roof in Jamaica Estates.
