Greenwood, Brooklyn is a neighborhood most famous for its famous cemetery, the 478-acre final resting place of artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, composer Leonard Bernstein, and notorious politician William “Boss” Tweed, among 560,000 or so others. But there’s lots for the living to do, too, including Greenwood Park, a 13,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor beer garden on the site of a former gas station and mechanic shop. In addition, restaurants, bars and cafés continue to open on Fifth Avenue, the area's main commercial area.

The neighborhood, once more commonly a mix of one- and two-family houses, is seeing an influx of new and renovated condo developments. Here are five condos that can be yours in Greenwood for under $765,000.
