A common refrain about NYC real estate is that when it comes to location, size, and affordability, you can only expect to have two of these criteria met. But this two-bedroom aims to offer all three: Located in a boutique Park Slope condo, it boasts easy access to multiple subway lines, a Whole Foods, and popular restaurants like Palo Santo and al di la. The unit's private terrace adds ample square footage to the 6th-floor unit, as well as impressive views of the neighborhood. Finally, it's listed with Halstead Property for $1.3 million, about average for the neighborhood according to StreetEasy—but is also on its sixth year of a 25-year tax abatement, making for a break in monthlies.

The property isn't brand new—the building went up in 2008—but the interiors look clean and fresh. The open plan living and dining room gets lots of sunlight, thanks to its corner position and several large windows. The kitchen features a gleaming, white island, up-to-date, stainless-steel appliances, and wooden cabinets (though it may be a little short on storage space.) Multiple seating options throughout make the area conducive to entertaining.

The master bedroom comes with not one, but two walk-in closets—great for a fashion-forward couple, or one person with an enviably massive wardrobe—as well as an en-suite bath. The second bedroom is on the small side, but has its own spacious closet and access to a second bathroom across the hall.

A 174-square foot terrace off the living room looks summer-ready—a spacious spot for sunbathing, grilling, and taking in the Park Slope surroundings. The unit also comes with a washer and dryer, and a parking spot and additional storage space. Perks include part-time doorman service and access to a shared roof deck with panoramic city views.
