Earlier this week we looked at a swanky townhouse in the brownstone Brooklyn neighborhood of Cobble Hill. The listing for the completely renovated house was really sweet, and there's a nice mix of restaurants, bars, independent shops, and movie theaters along Court Street. Larger chains including Trader Joe’s can be found on Atlantic Avenue.

Townhouses here are out of reach for most buyers, and even one bedrooms can be priced high too, selling for an average of $1.07 million, according to the New York Times. However, we found three listings (for a studio and two one-bedroom apartments) priced under $650,000 that are having open houses this weekend, plus a grand two-bedroom co-op listing.

Residents have access to two private gardens with Adirondack chairs for lounging. The apartment is listed for $478,000.
