The Bay Ridge, Brooklyn limestone townhouse at 229 87th Street isn't cheap, but it sure is stunning. Listed for $1,350,000, the four bedroom, two bath was built in 1901 and has lots of period charm, as well as modern upgrades. 

Features include 10-foot ceilings, restored hardwood floors, an original staircase, oversized barrel windows, skylights, and stained glass windows. (It's safe to assume the dog pictured is not included.) The only drawback we see is no bathroom on the first floor.
