If you love blending your indoor and outdoor spaces into one, then this Williamsburg three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath condo, 172 North 10th St., PH#4, could be for you. The apartment has a private wrap-around terrace, and the wall of doors in the kitchen and living area fold open to provide a sweeping view over Brooklyn, as well as parts of the lower Manhattan skyline.

But this 2,394-square-foot terrace (and the luxury apartment that it surrounds) is going for $4,295,000—nearly twice the median for a three bedroom in the neighborhood, according to StreetEasy, and it's not in an amenity-laden building. Still, it is eye catching, and offers more than just a beautiful view.

The open kitchen has double-wall Wolf ovens and a range top, three Sub-Zero refrigerators (one is a wine fridge), a Miele dishwasher, and a Calacatta gold marble waterfall island with matching counter and backsplash.

The adjacent space between the kitchen and living room has a bar and one of the Sub-Zero fridges. This area is next to a gas fireplace.

The living room has a door that separates it from the bedroom area, though you have to go through it to access the half bath and the washer/dryer. On the floorplan, it looks like there are three entrances to the apartment: two from the stairs and one directly from the elevator.

The dining room is large enough to fit a table with seating for 10. The photo also shows there’s room for a home office and lounge chair.

The master bath is en suite and has two sinks. It also features two walk-in closets and a door to the terrace. The bath for the second bedroom is also en suite and has a terrace door. The listing shows no other bedroom photos, nor any of the three and a half baths.

The terrace is large enough for several seating areas and tables. It’s hard to tell from the photos whether the green area is actual grass.

The apartment comes with a touchscreen system for the motorized shades throughout the apartment and the sound system, as well as an AV control room for a wireless entertainment center in the living room. There’s also a deeded parking space in the basement. Monthly common charges are a reasonable $975; monthly taxes are $1,627.

This penthouse was added in 2014 to the top of a prewar building that was converted to condos. There are 14 units in total. The only current amenity is a fitness center, but a virtual doorman is coming soon, per the listing. McCarren Park is two blocks away.

Odds are whoever purchases this apartment won’t be riding the subway, which is a good thing as the nearest train, the L at Bedford Avenue at North Seventh Street, is shutting down for 15 months of maintenance beginning in April.
