Most New Yorkers would be happy to have one outdoor space attached to their apartment. This three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 415 36th St. in Greenwood, Brooklyn comes with four—one off each of the bedrooms, and one off the living room. It’s listed for $975,000.

Apartment 302 is in the 12-unit Green Walk building, completed in 2007. There’s an open kitchen and living area, with a short section at the counter’s end that can seat two plus enough space in the kitchen for a separate dining table.

In addition to the “breakfast peninsula,” the kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), and a white mini subway-tile backsplash. About half of the white cabinets have frosted doors.

The bright bedrooms are aligned at the end of the apartment opposite the living room. The master has an en suite bath. The other two are less than 100 square feet each, but they do have that outdoor space.

The bathroom appears to have a whirlpool soaking tub. There’s also a washer/dryer in the apartment.

The current owners outfitted the living room balcony with plant-lined trellises and coverings for the iron bars.

The apartment also comes with a deeded parking space in a covered garage, and a tax abatement that expires in 2033. Common charges are $560 a month; taxes are $42 a month.

The 36th Street station for the D, N, and R is one block away, as is historic Green-Wood Cemetery and Industry City—a hub for creative entrepreneurs that includes shopping and dining options.
