It’s hard to find a real two bedroom, two bath in a newly constructed condo building for under $800,000 in any popular Brooklyn neighborhood, but this new-to-the-market listing in Bushwick is an exception. Apartment 2F at 139 Grove St. has 915 square feet of space and is asking $755,000.

The compact layout has east-facing windows, which means the apartment gets good sunlight. There are also four closets for ample storage space.

The kitchen has a KitchenAid refrigerator, a Bosch dishwasher, a Verona range, a Zephyr hood, and quartz countertops.

The bathrooms each have soaking tubs, radiant heated flooring, and Duravit fixtures.

The apartment also has wide-plank white oak flooring, dimmable recessed lighting, and pre-wired sound systems.

Common charges are $286 a month. Taxes are $606 a month.

There’s another two bedroom, two bath in the building for sale on the fourth floor for $780,000. It includes a small balcony off the living room.

The nearest subway lines are the J and Z at Gates Avenue, about a half mile away. The L and M stop at the Myrtle-Wychoff Avenues station, another couple of blocks further. Although the L line is set to shut down from April 2019 through July 2020, there will be increased service on the J, M, and Z lines, as well as three new bus routes over the Williamsburg Bridge.
