You're guaranteed high-end amenities in this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo: It's one of the residences in Battery Park City's Ritz Carlton hotel, and comes with all the perks you'd expect from a luxury getaway.

Beyond white-glove service, the views in this listing look pretty breathtaking, with the apartment's living area, kitchen, and some of its bedrooms seeming to hover right over the water. The apartment is listed by Town Residential for $4.7 million, at the higher end of similar properties currently listed on StreetEasy, but if you want to feel like you're perpetually on vacation, it looks like you'll have to pony up.

A wall of windows in the open plan living area means you can practically sunbathe indoors, and will likely make watching the sun set into the harbor a regular part of your evenings. From an adjacent office area, you'll get an expansive vista of the city lights. The kitchen, which has a window onto the living room, is outfitted with stylish black cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, as well as a breakfast bar.

The master bedroom, at the opposite end of the apartment from the others, boasts city and river views, as well as two full walls of storage space and a walk-in closet. Its roomy en-suite bath is lined with marble, and features double sinks, and a separate shower and tub. The other two bedrooms are adjacent, with unobstructed river views and a shared dressing area and full bath. (You'll find a half-bath in the hall.)

The floorplan reveals an angled layout that allows for the office space, but also cuts into the size of the third bedroom. You'll find a washer and dryer in the unit, and building amenities include hotel perks like 24-hour room service, housekeeping, and valet parking, but permanent residents also have their own, private entrance. On top of that, there's a gym, spa, garage parking, and full-time doorman and concierge service—and just outside is the green space of Battery Park.
