The apartments are newly renovated and located in a pre-war building at 34 Jefferson Ave. The apartments are studios through four bedrooms, and are set aside for households making $41,000-$103,275 a year. Three studios are priced at $87,000; 17 one bedrooms are available for $93,000.
To be eligible, applicants must have no more than $182,525 plus the required 10 percent down payment, and must not own or have purchased residential real estate.

Information sessions will be held on Wednesday, July 11th and Wednesday, August 8th from 6-7 p.m. at Brown Memorial Baptist Church, 484 Washington Ave., in Brooklyn. Attendance is not mandatory to purchase an apartment.
The building is near the eastern border of Clinton Hill, with the C train and Franklin Avenue Shuttle down the block at Fulton Street. Several shops and restaurants are nearby. The John Hancock Playground is a block away.
