The apartment is listed as a three bedroom, but one of the bedrooms is too small to be considered legal in NYC.

If you're drawn to industrial-type lofts, this Williamsburg corner apartment, 119 North 11th St., #3A., has all the hallmarks with wooden beams, high ceilings, exposed pipes, generous windows, and a spacious living room.

It is asking $1,995,000. The median sales price for a three bedroom in Williamsburg is $2,325,000 and this condo, which saw a price cut of $130,000 four months ago, is well below that.

The apartment is listed as a three bedroom, but one of the bedrooms is not considered a legal bedroom in NYC because it has a wall that is less than the minimum eight feet in length. The room in question does have a window, so could still be used as an office or den.

Keep in mind the current median sales price for a two bedroom in the neighborhood is $1,395,000, so there may be room to negotiate the price down.

The living room benefits from six windows facing south and west, the best orientation for natural light. The apartment is has blond hardwood floors.

The kitchen has Shaker-style cabinets and a classic subway tile backsplash. An island dining area faces a wall of kitchen cabinets and appliances.

The master bedroom has three large closets and an en suite bath. There are no pictures of the second bedroom or the small office/den.

Both bathrooms have been recently updated and there is a small laundry area in the apartment.

The building is a former paint factory with 17 apartments and four stories. Amenities include a roof deck with views of Manhattan, a live-in super, bike storage, additional basement storage, a parking lot and a freight elevator to help you move in. Monthly common charges are fairly low at $522. Monthly tax payments are $554.

For mass transit, it's a six-minute walk to the L train at Bedford Avenue or an eight-minute walk to the G. The building sits on a truck route and you might want to check out the soundproofing, the area gets a fair amount of noise complaints, according to public data collected by Localize.city
