Small Wonder

You won't need to pass a co-op board interview to snag this Greenwich Village studio

It's hard to beat the location of this $595,000 studio condop at 63 East 9th Street between Broadway and University Place in Greenwich Village. It's near hundreds of greats shops, restaurants and bars, and walking distance from both Union Square Park and Washington Square Park.

The full-service building is a condop (more on that here), so it's got rules that are closer to condo than co-op — namely no board interview required and allowances for co-signers, guarantors and pied a terres.

The apartment itself, located on the third floor, has a separate kitchen, room for a dining room table and four closets, one of which appears to be a walk-in.

And the post-war, elevator building (built in 1955), called the Randall House, has laundry facilities on every floor, newly renovated hallways, a bike room and parking garage.
