An Upper East Side penthouse that practically demands a party

Dreaming of a roof deck to take advantage of the unseasonably warm weather? We're pretty keen on this Upper East Side penthouse, which has a roof deck big enough to throw some serious parties, and plenty of space to entertain indoors:

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath rental is located in  building Allen House at 71st Street and Third Avenue, a boutique, pet-friendly building with a virtual doorman and a welcoming pets policy. The apartment itself is also decked out with a washer and dryer and up-to-the-minute new kitchen finishes. But in our opinion, maybe the biggest selling point (aside from the rooftop terrace) is the ultra-luxe master bathroom, which features a "wet room" with marble, a claw-foot soaking tub, and rain showers:

The other bedrooms aren't too shabby, either, and all feature en-suite bathrooms, according to the listing.

Of course, none of this comes cheap, but look on the bright side: When you factor in the month-and-a-half free rent being offered, the price tag comes down from $20,000/month to just $16,500/month. Practically a steal, right?
