What if your high-end New York City staycation lasted forever? It can, apparently, as long as you've got $12.8 million (and you only need to put 10 percent down!).

This two-bedroom, three-bath apartment that's nearly 1,700 square feet is located on the 65th floor of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel & Residences, and has floor-to-ceiling windows just about everywhere, so imagine the everyday views of the Hudson and Central Park.

Not a bad view to wake up to in the morning.

An eat-in kitchen with yet another vista, and some seriously high-end appliances and countertops.

Residents of the building—located at 80 Columbus Circle—get the serious perks of living in a top-shelf hotel, gaining access to all of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel's five-star amenities like housekeeping, valet, playroom, a 40,000 square-foot fitness facility, a 75-foot enclosed swimming pool, and the Mandarin Spa.

Shopping and dining would be pretty convenient too, since The Shops at Columbus Circle are right downstairs. Yes, it's pretty much like living above a mall, but think about it: Per Se could be your neighborhood restaurant (if you can get reservations) and Whole Foods could fill in for your corner bodega. Luxury indeed.
