If you happen to work from home, you'll have two offices to choose from in this $1.65 million two-bedroom, two-bath condo (of course, you could also use one of the offices as a den).

The building, called Aperture 538 and located at 538 Washington Avenue, is a brand new construction with 10 units. This one, unit 2B, has seen its price reduced by $100,000 since hitting the market in September.

The apartment has movable shutters in front of windows, and its open kitchen has all the bells and whistles we've come to expect from new developments: marble slab countertops, a crystal white tile backsplash, a custom-paneled Liebherr refrigerator, and a Bosch stainless steel cooktop and oven.

The master bathroom is luxe, too, with its own designer fixtures, white wall tile, and spa-style bathtub.

The apartment has white oak hardwood floors, recessed lighting, generous closet space, and a washer and dryer hook-up.

Amenities include a virtual doorman with package reception, bike storage, common roof deck, and private storage.

All that space (see floorplan above) is going to cost you. The apartment is way over the median price for new developments in Brooklyn—around $615,000. That said, compared to new developments in Manhattan (where the median price is over $2 million), this place is a steal.
