Assuming your pet is the only roommate you have (or want), one of these five one-bedrooms, may be just right for you.  Most have some seriously swanky pet services right there in the building.

If you rent this junior-four in the MiMA building at 450 West 42nd Street, you'll get floor-to-ceiling windows, new appliances and access to Dog City Spa, which has indoor and outdoor play spaces for your pooch. Monthly rent: $5,785, no broker's fee

A one-bedroom in Brooklyn's tallest tower, called the Brooklyner, has central air and a washer and dryer. The pet-friendly building offers dog washing stations so you don't have to mess up your pretty apartment when your pooch needs a bath. Monthly rent:  $3,055, no broker's fee

This one-bedroom in Midtown Manhattan's Silver Towers is fully furnished, and tenants get access to a park that included an enclosed dog run. Monthly rent: $5,500, no broker's fee

If your budget is a bit more modest, and you don't mind walking a bit to the nearest dog run, you might want to consider this Long Island City one-bedroom that allows pets with no extra fee. Monthly rent: $1,750.
