One Windsor Terrace seller may be asking an eyebrow-raising $1.25 million for a bungalow that's expected to be a teardown, but plenty other properties are seeking buyers in this Brooklyn neighborhood, too. Here's a sampling of properties hosting open houses this weekend:

47 Reeve Place, Apartment 17. A one-bedroom on the top floor with access to a common garden in a small co-op. Asking price: $400,000. Open house: Sunday, July 26, 12:30 pm to 2 pm.

651 Vanderbilt Street, Apartment 4W. This one-bedroom is situated in a brick co-op  with a common garden and is close to Prospect Park and local eateries like Brooklyn Commune and Le Paddock Bistro. Asking price: $530,000. Open house: Sunday, July 26, 2:30 pm to 4 pm.

581 20th Street. This legal brick two-family includes a private garage and a garden. The top unit has three bedrooms; the bottom is a studio. Asking price: $1.499 million. Open house: Sunday, July 26, 12 noon to 1:30 pm.
