We'd expect Barbara Corcoran to have a great apartment — and she does

WHO: Real estate mogul and "Shark Tank" judge Barbara Corcoran recently said her personal goal is simple — not to lose the money she has until she dies.
Our person goal is more simple. We plan to spend all the money we have yet to make (donations welcome) on a condo in Trump Tower, renovate it with more money we don’t have. That works, right?
WHERE: Corcoran paid $10 million for a penthouse duplex at 1158 Fifth Avenue in Carnegie Hill, where the median rental price is $3,695 and the median sales price is $2.85 million. Her apartment overlooks Central Park, thanks to an impossibly beautiful solarium and conservatory.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE: There's nothing currently for sale in Corcoran's building, but just down the street at 1150 Fifth Avenue, there's a two-bedroom, two-bath available for $2.6 million. Of course it doesn't have the outdoor space that makes Corcoran's place so jealousy inducing.
