Yikes: These sellers have clearly never heard of staging

We've covered apartment staging a lot here on Brick. Clearly these sellers need to read up. (Again, we ask, in this age of constant real estate conversations, don't they — or their brokers — know any better?) This week's batch of questionable photos from Andy Donaldson, the man behind the addictive Terrible Real Estate Agent Photographs blog and book, includes a house with a partial view and a whole lot of laundry—complete with Donaldson's ever-hilarious commentary.

The patent on the Morning Ejector Bed is still pending.

The scourge of real estate agent photographers: Opportunistic, attention-seeking trees.

Step into my office, and maybe fold up some washing while you're there.
