What you’ll get across NYC for $2,700 a month

Are you tightening the purse strings but still looking for an NYC rental? Not to worry! There are plenty of apartments available for rent for $2,700 a month. Space may be limited, though, because across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, you’ll find mostly studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms.

GRAMERCY PARK, MANHATTAN: A one-bath studio condop with exposed brick and a spa shower in an elevator building with a bike room and common laundry that accepts pets on a case-by-case basis at 310 East 23rd Street (between First and Second). $2,700/month
