In what seems to be an ongoing springtime affordable housing mini-boom, three new affordable housing options have just opened up in NYC, with subsidized apartments in the Bronx, Bed-Stuy, and Clinton Hill now taking applications, according to listings on NYC Housing Connect.

First up, 1016 Washington Ave in the Morrisania section of the Bronx. The building includes a 24-hour on-site super, laundry room, and community room. There are 64 apartments available in total: eight studios for $755/month each; 24 one-bedrooms for $812/month; 28 two-bedrooms for $988/month; and four three-bedrooms for $1,134/month. Annual household income requirements range from $27,840 to $54,432, depending on apartment and family size, and applications are due by June 8th. A full list of apartment options and requirements, as well as information on how to apply, can be found here.

In Bed-Stuy, there are eight apartments available at 570 Willoughby Ave., right near the Myrtle-Willoughby G stop, for renters with household incomes in between $25,475 and $51,780, depending on apartment and family size. You can apply for one available $703/month studio; one available $756/month one-bedroom; three available $978/month one-bedrooms; or three available $1,185/month two-bedrooms. (Check here for the full list of requirements, as well as details on how to apply.) Keep in mind that you'll need to move quickly for this one: applications are due by May 1st.
