WHO:  When he is not acting, Alan Alda teaches improv to scientists, which  helps them explain their work to us non- geniuses. Next we would like him to teach improv to realtors, to help them explain why in any other city a kitchen is for cooking,  but in New York it’s advertised as a second bedroom.

WHERE: The actor, writer and director owns three apartments in one building on the Upper West Side,  where the median rental price is $3,450 and the median sales price is $1.69 million. But, remember that's per apartment, not for a multiple combination.
