[Update 3/7/15: Due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict, this event has been canceled.  Let us know if you'd like to hear about future workshops.]

On the heels of our first ever buyer's workshop last month, we're hosting a second event by popular demand! On March 11, get into the nitty gritty of another crucial component of New York City real estate: pricing. For sellers, what's a reasonable sum to ask? And for buyers, how do you know you're not getting suckered if you pay it?

Join editors from BrickUnderground and brokers from Suitey on Wed., March 11, for an interactive workshop that explores the way real estate professionals arrive at asking prices and how buyers decide whether the asking price is fair. Plus, we'll be serving light refreshments, beer and wine.

RSVP now; space is limited! (And if you can't make it this time, sign up here for updates on future workshops.)

We’ll cover:

  • How to find the right data and tools to price your apartment
  • How to evaluate whether an apartment price is fair
  • The meaning of a "comp," and how to figure out the right ones to use
  • The effect of neighborhood on apartment prices
  • All your burning pricing questions

Date: Wednesday, March 11th

Time: 6pm - refreshments, 6:30-7:30pm - workshop, 7:30-8:30pm - networking and one-on-one Q&A

Location: WeWork Nomad, 79 Madison Avenue (between East 28th and East 29th Streets)

Price: $5

RSVP REQUIRED
