Low-Fee Rental Roundup: Hell's Kitchen, Long Island City and more, from $2,000 to $5,500 a month

Just because a lot of NYC rentals come with broker's fees doesn't mean you have to pay full price. Apartment search site Naked Apartments has no-fee and low-fee options with fees that top out at 9 percent (as opposed to the usual 12 to 15 percent).
