What you'll get across NYC for $1,800 a month

In spite of what some developers (or over-eager brokers) might have you believe, it's still possible find a good apartment for $1,800 a month in NYC, especially if you're willing to head uptown or to the outer boroughs. (Naturally, the same amount of money that will net you a studio in Manhattan is enough for an entire house on Staten Island.) To make the search that much easier, we've rounded up rentals in your budget that are available right now in all five boroughs.
