WHERE: The doctor, author and wellness guru is heading to Greenwich Village, where he reportedly paid $14.5 million for a three-bedroom apartment in the Delos, of which he is an advisory board member. The so-called wellness building comes with healthy perks like purified air and water and a posture-supportive floating floor system. Wish we could afford to be that healthy. The median sales price in the neighborhood is $2.18 million and the median rental price is $4,100.
