Some sad news today about one of the city's most prolific, gregarious and generous-spirited real estate reporters, Jason Sheftell, who passed away over the weekend in his Greenwich Village apartment.

Jason knew every nook and cranny of this city, loved most of it, and was fascinated by all of it.  Jason, you will be missed.
