What can $2,500 a month get you in Manhattan? Three diverse apartments within $25 of that magic number made it into this week's Hot Dozen--the 12 rental apartments Streeteasy.com visitors clicked on most often over the past seven days.

Here's the scoop.

A two-bedroom apartment at 172 Rivington Street and Clinton Street is listed at $2,495. In the heart of the Lower East Side, the apartment's newly renovated and has its own washer and dryer set to save you from time-consuming trips to the laundromat.  Unfortunately, this one has already been rented.

A one-bedroom apartment at 111 West 16th Street and Sixth Avenue is listed at $2,499 with no broker's fee. The apartment building boasts an elevator and is conveniently located in lower Chelsea near countless transportation options. Guarantors are accepted. No photos of the apartment are currently posted, raising questions about the condition of the space.

A two-bedroom apartment at 51 East 77th Street and Cherokee Place listed at $2,475 with no broker's fee is already in contract. The apartment's a trek from the nearest subway station, but amenities such as gas and electricity are included in the rent.

If the apartment you like requires a guarantor that you don't have, see if the landlord accepts Insurent, a great solution from one of BrickUnderground's sponsors. New to NYC? Check out our crash course in finding an apartment here.
