Forget the six-digit deals. The majority of the apartments that made the Open House Scorecard--the 10 open houses StreetEasy users saved more than any others this weekend--ring in at over a million bucks, in some cases way over $2 million.

A well-renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom condop on West 82nd Street and Broadway on the Upper West Side is on the market for $2.595m and doesn’t require board approval. The prewar apartment features new windows, custom closets and a multi-zone audio system with keypads throughout. The kitchen has a center island, SubZero fridge, Wolf range, as well as marble countertops. The third bathroom is currently being used as a powder room with a laundry room, but can be converted back into a full bathroom. The doorman building has a children’s playroom, roof deck, and live-in super.

A $2.8m one-and-a-half-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the Centurion is a 1,210 square-foot sponsor unit with floor-to-ceiling, sound-insulated windows. Located in Midtown on West 56th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, the brand new apartment features a kitchen equipped with custom natural walnut cabinetry, solid clear glass countertops, glass tile backsplash and appliances by SubZero, Wolf, Viking and Bosch. There’s also a Bosch Axxis washer and dryer, and the building offers a private exercise facility, live-in super, 24-hour attended garage and doorman concierge. Under a 421A tax abatement expiring in 2020 brings, taxes are (for now) just $785/month.

Over in Carroll Gardens on Second Place (between Clinton and Court Streets), is a fully renovated $1.275m three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The cook’s kitchen has a breakfast bar, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, while the separate dining room can serve as a home office. The living room features bay windows, and there’s a pantry with a W/D. In the basement, you’ll have access to two locked storage units. The 10-unit brick limestone building has fairly low monthlies (common charges $441, monthly taxes $225), and a front garden and common roof deck.

Another seven-digit apartment is located on Reade Street between West Broadway and Church Street in TriBeCa. The two-bedroom, two-bath loft condo is going for $1.8m and has 12’-plus original tin ceilings and three south-facing windows that let in plenty of natural light. The unit also has a W/D and comes with a storage unit.
