This $3,395 one-bedroom is located in a recently redone pre-war building on 91st Street, near Broadway.

Pros: The renovations are new and appliances are high-end (each apartment has a washer/dryer). The building has a gym, sundeck, lounge (with a projector and a billiards table) and services like housekeeping and dry cleaning. Half a month's rent is being offered for free in addition to a $500 Amex gift card.

Cons: The price is on the higher side and the apartment hasn't been rented in a while. We're thinking that the staging is really good, but the apartment is small.
