Ms. Demeanor's Vertical Etiquette

Dear Ms. Demeanor: My super uses our gym. Is that kosher?

Dear Ms. Demeanor,

Our live-in super has been working out on our gym. Is it awful to say that I find it annoying? It just feels strange because it's such a casual atmosphere, and he's an employee.  Is he even allowed to do it?

Signed,
Wendy Workout

Dead Wendy Workout,

Your super lives in the building and, in the absence of any building rules against it, has a right to use the gym during his off-hours like the rest of us.

If he is pumping iron instead of plunging toilets, that is a problem worth reporting. If he is sweating on a Saturday, good for him!

Sharing the caring,
Ms. Demeanor
