If you’re looking to move on up and living on a top floor is a priority, take notes on this edition of StreetEasy’s Most Wanted -- 10 sales listings the folks browsing StreetEasy saved more often than any others this week -- because it abounds with top-floor abodes with six-digit price tags.

Take this $799k two-bedroom, one-bathroom penthouse co-op (pictured) on East 63rd Street and First Avenue in Lenox Hill. The wrap-around terrace affords open city views of midtown Manhattan, and the corner living and dining space face south and west for good natural light. You’ll also find through-wall a/c units throughout the apartment, a fulltime doorman, live-in super and a low-cost garage in the building. Subletting and pets are permitted with Board approval.

On the Upper West Side on West 92nd Street (between Central Park West and Columbus), you’ll find another top-floor unit -- a two-bedroom, one-bath co-op on the market for $675k. Located in an HDFC co-op, so the following income restrictions apply: one-person household, maximum $95,865; two, max $109,560; three, max $123,255; four, max $136,950; and five, max $148,005. The new-to-market unit features views of the Guggenheim and Central Park. The master bedroom includes an alcove with a private W/D, and the apartment has been soundproofed, insulated and waterproofed. An intercom goes straight to your phone.

Another top-floor apartment catching people’s eyes this week is a recently renovated $695k one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with a dining nook on West 55th and Sixth Ave. in Midtown. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry and granite countertops, and the bathroom has been redone. Small to medium sized dogs are allowed in this building, but you’ll have to leave Marmaduke with mom and dad.
