Real Estate Want: Space to host dinner-party theater

This Fort Greene, Brooklyn loft has 1,800-square-feet to dance around in and a restaurant-style kitchen…but our favorite part is the interior balcony that overlooks the living room....perfect for some dinner-party theater, we think.

After some winter comfort food and strong drinks, pass around photocopies (from your old college copy of "Romeo and Juliet," of course) and persuade your friends to participate in a group reading.

Who can resist an impromptu and tipsy version of Romeo and Juliet’s scene 2, Capulet’s Garden, from a balcony like that?

And scene.
