No-Fee Apartment of the Week: $2,450 one-bedroom in Clinton

Sure, it's in a walk-up building, but assuming that doesn't bother you, we think this $2,450 one-bedroom in Clinton -- 47th and Eighth to be exact -- is kind of charming.

Pros: The living room has character, with a decorative fireplace and exposed brick walls. The kitchen has recently been renovated, and while the cherry cabinets are a bit dark for our taste, the new, stainless appliances make up for that. Pets are allowed and guarantors are accepted.

Cons: As noted above, the building is a walk-up (tenement-style, 5-stories, to be exact) and the treetop views suggest this place is on the 3rd or 4th floor. Also, judging from the fact that there are no photos of the bedroom, we're assuming it's pretty small.
