How much do you plan to tip the building staff this year?

If you have an extra couple million dollars (or at least a pretty hefty downpayment) burning a hole in your pocket, you might consider snatching up one of these pricey apartments. This week’s edition of StreetEasy’s Most Wanted -- the 10 sales listings StreetEasy users saved more often than any others this week -- features a set of apartments with seven-digit price tags.

Over on 12th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues in the Village, $2.85m will buy you a three-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op with 11’ ceilings, oversized south-facing windows, a formal dining room with a decorative fireplace, crown moldings, porcelain doorknobs and the original mahogany woodwork. There’s also a washer/dryer and a fresh-air venting system, and the kitchen has been updated. The space can be converted to a two-bedroom.

Get two for the price of one if you’d like to combine two penthouse apartments on the Upper East Side to create one $1.37m three-bedroom, two-bathroom postwar co-op. You’ll find this pretty unique opportunity in an elevator building on 77th Street between Second and Third Avenues. The combined space will also offer 700-square-feet of outdoor space, as each apartment has its own terrace. Plus, with board approval, it’s possible to acquire the hallway space as well.

Back downtown, $2.695m is enough to snap up a two-bedroom, two-bath loft co-op on Greenwich and Vestry Streets in Tribeca, which has a relatively low maintenance at $1,500 (perhaps because there is no doorman or live-in super). The kitchen has recently been renovated with top-notch finishes and poured concrete countertops. Beamed 9.6’ ceilings, central a/c and an in-unit W/D round out the space, which comes with a private storage unit.

A three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on 98th (between West End Ave. and Broadway) on the Upper West Side is on the market for $1.495m. Both bathrooms have recently been renovated, and there are two entrances to the formal dining room, as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. Pied-a-terres are permitted.
