As the leaves begin to fall from the trees, it seems like price tags are flying high -- at least on some apartments in NYC.

This week, the roundup of StreetEasy’s Most Wanted -- the 10 sales listings StreetEasy users saved more often than any others this week – features a few places on the market for at least 2 million bucks.

$2m two-bedroom, two-bath co-op on Jane Street (between West and Washington Streets) in West Village has a mix of prewar details and modern amenities. The renovated duplex has a wood-burning fireplace, exposed brick and 10’ ceilings, along with central a/c, built-in speakers and a W/D. Plus, it comes with a private landscaped and irrigated roof deck spanning 500 square feet. Maintenance is $2,560 and the building has a part-time doorman.

On Church and Leonard Streets, $2.2m will get you a one-bedroom + sleeploft, two-bath penthouse loft condo. The full floor corner unit in Tribeca comes with full private roof rights. There are 11 windows and 16-17’ ceilings. Though the unit is currently a legal one-bedroom, it can be converted into a two- or three-bedroom. It’s just a block to the 1 train, and the maintenance is decent at $1,900/month but won’t buy you a doorman.

Ringing in at $2.1m is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo on the Upper West Side on West 86th and Riverside Drive. The top floor sponsor unit has been completely renovated, and the board has pre-approved W/D installation. The common roof deck and elevators were recently updated, and the common area hallways will also be fixed up. Plus a fitness room should be completed by the end of the year. An assessment of $951/mo is in place through December 2013.
