This week’s Open House Scorecard -- the 10 open houses folks browsing StreetEasy this weekend saved more often than any others -- offers a group of renovated, move-in ready West Village apartments complete with eat-in kitchens.

A renovated one-bedroom condop on the corner of Morton and Hudson Streets is going for $619k. The eat-in kitchen features granite countertops, and a D/W makes eat-at-home clean up simpler. There are windows in every room of this west-facing, five-flight walk-up with live-in super. (Maintenance $738).

On West 11th Street, a seriously charming, move-in ready $695k one-bedroom walk-up co-op (pictured) features a renovated bathroom and a windowed, eat-in kitchen. Located in a West Village sweetspot--between West Fourth Street and Waverly Place--the apartment is replete with prewar details, including French doors, moldings, hardwood floors and nine-foot ceilings. A part-time super may help explain the relatively low maintenance of $638.

Further West, a block from the river, you'll find a  $1.995m two-bedroom multi-level postwar co-op (on the corner of Charles and Washington Streets) that has been renovated and the eat-in kitchen has custom cabinets, a French door Liebherr fridge and marble counters and backsplash. Central a/c will make eating in during the summer more comfortable, and you can even stay in to do your laundry with a washer and vented dryer. There’s a monthly assessment of $198.86.
