The StreetEasy Hot Dozen: 12 rentals that may or may not be available by the time you read this

New Yorkers went on a renting spree this week (it is rental high season after all), with 11 out of 12 of this week's Hot Dozen --the apartments Streeteasy.com visitors clicked on most often over the past 7 days--already rented.

The only apartment that's still available is a somewhat shabby looking $2,575 two-bedroom at 124 MacDougal Street and Minetta Lane - $2,575. At least one of the bedrooms appears to be a sleep loft, but that might be overlooked when you consider the central Greenwich Village location and the fact that there is no broker's fee.
