No-Fee Apartment of the Week: $6,300 two-bedroom in the Flatiron District

We're well aware that $6,300 is pretty steep for a two-bedroom apartment, but remember that this place -- located at 55 West 26th Street -- is in one of the city's hottest neighborhoods, steps from Madison Square Park and Eataly. If you've got the money, it might be worth it to be in the center of it all.

Pros: The full-service building has a concierge, good size fitness center and sundeck. Newly renovated apartments feature wood floors, stainless steel kitchen appliances and marble baths.

Cons:  We've already mentioned the price (though at 28 days on the market and with a $300 price drop already, there could be some negotiability).   Some people might find the neighborhood  too busy and frenetic for their own tastes.

No-Fee Apartment of the Week showcases an apartment that’s currently on the market and is being offered with no broker fee (otherwise known as the holy grail of New York City rentals).
