Other Hot Dozen listings, meanwhile, are not as eye-popping, but certainly more interesting. This $2,950/month Greenwich Village studio has a quirky design—slanted windows, mezzanine sleeping area— that boosts the appeal of living in a single room. And this 2-bedroom loft in Tribeca has high ceilings and beautiful furnishings that can be yours, exactly as they are, for a bump in rent ($6,200/month compared to $5,550/month to take it unfurnished).
