Roommates or families shopping for a 3-bedroom have a couple affordable deals to choose from in this week's Hot Dozen—a roundup of the most-clicked listings on real estate site, Streeteasy.com.

First up, a $3,295/month Soho apartment with high ceilings and a separate kitchen. The bedrooms look tiny, but the ad assures each is a true bedroom (meaning, no curtains, converted living rooms, or other real estate trickery). On the Lower East Side, there's another true 3-bedroom (with a closet in each!) for $3,795. This one features exposed brick, new dark, wood-plank flooring and "big windows in each room."

Browse through the remaining ten to see what everybody's been gawking at. And act quickly—the best never last. As always, if you're looking for a great real estate agent, our very own BrickUnderground Agent Referral Service is standing by.
