The StreetEasy Hot Dozen: 12 rentals that may or may not be available by the time you read this

West 12th Street dominates the 2-bedroom category in this week's StreetEasy Hot Dozen — a roster of most clicked studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom listings on the Manhattan real-estate site, StreetEasy.com.

The less pricy of the two West Village pads ($4,800/month) is a short-term sublet available for rent by the week between Aug. 9 and Oct. 15 (4-week minimum, required). The sublet occupies the ground floor of a townhouse, includes access to a private yard and comes fully furnished, which sounds like a pretty perfect short-term arrangement for folks who can swing the price.

For those with plans to stay more permanently, there's a $7,500/month option a short walk away with enviable views and a wood-burning fireplace.

And then there's the rest of the Hot Dozen, neatly arranged for your clicking below. If you see something you like, move quickly. Good apartments won't last (especially this time of year).

If the apartment you like requires a guarantor and you don't have one, check the listing or ask to see if the landlord accepts Insurent, an easy solution from one of BrickUnderground's sponsors. Without further ado:
