The StreetEasy Hot Dozen: 12 rentals that may or may not be available by the time you read this

This week's StreetEasy Hot Dozen features a surprising number of washer-dryers, a studio with living room/sleeping area separation (pictured) and a droolworthy no-fee $4,200 Tribeca two-bedroom condo-rental oozing with country vibes.

The Tribeca space's high ceilings, cheerful colors, wood floors and spacious, sun-drenched bedrooms evoke a vacation estate more than a New York City apartment. Bonus: A furnished roof deck equipped with shower stalls for folks who don't feel like trudging back to their apartment to wash off the sunscreen. Not surprisingly, in the two days it's been up on StreetEasy it's been clicked on nearly 500 times, earning it a spot in our weekly round-up of most popular studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom rentals.

As with any other Hot Dozen listing, if you like what you see, inquire ASAP--these places go quickly. If you need a guarantor to meet the income or credit requirements, check the listing (or ask) to see if the landlord accepts Insurent, a cool solution from one of BrickUnderground's sponsors.
