A $1,895/month Upper East Side apartment listed as a two-bedroom (though from the written description, we're not quite sure about the bedroom count) stands out in this week's Hot Dozen, a roundup of the most-clicked rental listings for the past seven days on StreetEasy.com. Though the listing only shows exterior shots, anyone who's been in the market for a Manhattan 2-bedroom knows that this price (and the mention of "elevator" in the listing) makes further inquiry a no-brainer.

For those in the market for a one-bedroom who don't flinch at the words "Financial District," the bright, $2,400/month pad pictured above may interest you.

To delve into other hot listings, check out the links below. If you see something you like and need a guarantor, check the listing (or ask) to see if the landlord accepts Insurent, a solution from the same smart folks who had the good sense to be one of BrickUnderground's sponsors.
