This week's StreetEasy Hot Dozen--a roundup of the most popular studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom listings for the past week on NYC apartment site, StreetEasy.com--includes everything from the practical to the ostentatious. Though you might not be able to swing it, the $30,000/month two-bedroom Bowery Penthouse (with full-time maid serve included in the price), is worth the click.

The others probably won't last, so move quickly. If you need a guarantor, check the listing (or ask) to see if the landlord accepts Insurent, a rather brilliant solution from the same folks who had the good sense to become one of BrickUnderground's sponsors.
