How much do you plan to tip the building staff this year?

If too much condo shopping is making you a tad Asperger-ish lately, head over to West Chelsea art-district condo +aRt for a shot of culture to go with your favorite obsession.

Starting Thursday, the 13-story condo’s 1,800-square-feet of unblemished retail space will be transformed into an art exhibit by non-profit pop-up gallery alchemists Chashama and Cannery Works.

The first of two exhibits slated for the fall is a world debut by Brooklyn artist Jason Covert that runs through October 8th.

Dubbed “Carnivora” and inspired by something called “Proto-Eskimo myth fragments,” the show melds photography, sculpture, ceremonial artworks and even a soundtrack. Like the condos upstairs, it’s designed to be a sexy/primitive feast for the senses.

See for yourself Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11am -6pm  and be sure to check out the one- and two-bedroom +aRt models by visiting the sales office next door.  We hear their raw-wood-style floors, Hudson River and Highline views will keep your blood pumping even after the Carnivora exhibit wears off.
