Everything's doubled in this apartment: There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and most appealingly, two balconies. The rental, near Fort Greene Park as well as multiple subway stops and the BQE, has come on the market just in time for the warm weather, and the outdoor spaces at either end make for great lounging areas. Listed for $3,160 per month by MNS, the unit's price is slightly below average for the popular Brooklyn neighborhood, according to a StreetEasy search.

The first balcony is off the living and dining room area, which also features floor-to-ceiling windows to brighten the space. The kitchen, while small, comes with a breakfast bar and new, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.

The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the apartment, and it's in the master that you'll find the second balcony, as well as an en-suite bath. Both bedrooms are airy and sunny, thanks to high ceilings and oversized windows, and include ample closet space.

The intricate tiling in both bathrooms could get a bit dizzying, but they're newly renovated and spacious; the second bathroom, which is adjacent to the kitchen, features a rain shower.

The apartment can be entered via a keyed elevator for extra privacy; there's also an in-unit washer and dryer, and pets are permitted.
